Barrel Aged Maple Mead

We thought the only way to make our Original Acerglyn better is to age it in an American Oak Barrel; so we did for a whole year! We use all the same ingredients as our Acerglyn; Buckwheat Honey and Dark Robust Maple Syrup that results in a smooth, rich mead with honey, maple and vanilla notes. Enjoy Responsibly 16% abv
